- Candidates shall be Graduate/MBA HR with min 2 to 4 Years of experience in digital or advertising agencies.
- Job involves Recruitment, Inductions, Performance Appraisals, Leave Attendance Management, Joining Exit formalities and strategic HR
- Maintaining staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and Reference Check.
- Ensuring Employee Productivity as well as morale, by counselling and disciplining, planning, monitoring, appraising job results.
- Sourcing the right candidates through Linkedin/ Job portals / Head Hunting.
- Resume Screening, Interview Schedule, Selection Process, Salary Negotiation.
- Effectively using personal network, Employee referrals to close the position
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Excellent command over English (Written & Verbal).
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in partnership with team
- Knowledge of HRM Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
