It all started at the 11th Anniversary of Fabulous Media Pvt. Ltd., A Digital First Agency based in Gurgaon who has worked for 800+ Clients till now.
On the auspicious occasion I changed the profile details of the Twitter Account fabulous_oo and by mistake ie without any intention changed the Date of Birth of the account as well.
As the DOB got updated to 4th July 2008, Twitter suspended the account - the date when this issue occurred was 5th July 2019.
Further to this, I personally & Team Fabulous has been contacting Twitter since past 60+ Days yet we have received zero response from Twitter Support
Multiple cases has been registered and we are still chasing Twitter Support but with no reply from their end.
You all will be surprised to know that Twitter can only be contacted through email id even if they have given a dedicated customer support number 415-222-9670.
Further to this, email id when contacted shares the following reply back
If we go ahead and submit an online form we are not getting any reply from the Support Team of Twitter
After chasing continuously for a month and with no reply, we got this email from the support team.
Now, I’m unable to access my account.
The question over here is, organisation is suffering due to the mistake of an employee which should not be the case from Twitter Support.
Let us say for example that the account would have been hacked and this issue would have come up, is this the way in which Twitter would have supported us?
My very basic question which comes up is why will an organisation suffer for a mistake committed by an employee which is not even intentional?
Can anyone reply to this?
Twitter Support I hope you understand the value and cruciality of this issue raised by us since 5th July 2019 for which we have not received any formal instruction or notification.
The account is very important to the company and we have genuinely need the same back.
